• These 79 poplar genomic sequences were created in a new Ac/Ds-transposon activation tagging approach; have a look at PubMed.

Genome annotation for Brachypodium distachyon (purple false brome) integrated into GabiPD (30-DEC-11)
• Brachypodium distachyon genome annotation v1.0 from Phytozome v5.0 was integrated into GabiPD, including gene structures.

• Gene structures are visualized in the cDNA display of every Gene GreenCard.
