Genome annotation for Brachypodium distachyon (purple false brome) integrated into GabiPD (30-DEC-11)
• Brachypodium distachyon genome annotation v1.0 from Phytozome v5.0 was integrated into GabiPD, including gene structures.

• Further assemblies derived from 454 short reads from five Secale cereale (rye) inbred lines generated within the RYE-EXPRESS project at TUM are publicly available. Please find the data via GreenCards with the keyword "Sce_Assembly03*"

Short reads from Hordeum vulgare cultivar Betzes sorted chromosomes public now (09-MAY-11)
• Short reads raw data, obtained using 454 technology, from individual chromosomes of Hordeum vulgare cv Betzes, generated within the GABI-BARLEX project at IPK are publicly available at our Download page; search for GABI-BARLEX.
• Assemblies of the individual chromosomes are publicly blastable now.
